2024-2025 Registration

We're thrilled you've chosen to continue your band experience in the Warrior Band program. We are confident that this will be the experience of a lifetime! We believe the Warrior Band/Color Guard is the best place on campus to belong!

You’re joining an incredible community of students and families with exciting opportunities that will be available throughout your high school career!!

Optional Forms

The following forms are optional for students who require them.

Step 3 - Fee Payment

Fees are essential to ensure the band can perform and compete during the UIL Marching season. They also help students to grow in their musical ability to perform in solo and UIL Concert competitions.

Warrior Band fees cover the following expenses:

  • Marching Band Operations Fee, which supports all band areas, including (but not limited to):

    • Masterclasses

    • Summer Clinicians

    • Marching Show Elements

  • Marching Season Items

    • Practice Uniform (dri-fit shirt/shorts)

    • Show/Performance Top
      (worn with school-provided marching bib)

    • Show T-shirt

    • Marching Shoes

    • Marching Gloves

    • Water Jug/Cover

  • Game Day/Contest Meals

Financial Aid/Flexibility

However, we do not want financial difficulties to prevent a student from being able to participate in band. We offer the following options to assist families:

  • Families can spread their payments out over time to distribute the financial burden into managable amounts.

  • Financial aid is available for families who qualify. See the Financial Aid Requirements.

Fee Payment (through Cut Time)

  1. Visit https://app.gocuttime.com/guardian/resend-magic-link.

  2. Enter your cell phone number in the Resend Magic Link field. You will receive a text with the link to your Cut Time account.

  3. From the Cut Time app, click the link for your student.

  4. Under Financial Summary, click Make a Payment to submit your payment.

NOTE: Partial payments are allowed. You can also click Share these costs to share the fee payment with others who can contribute to the payment of band fees.
